WS_EX_CONTEXTHELP Adds a question mark in the title bar. When the user clicks it, the mouse cursor will change to a question mark with an arrow. Then, if the user clicks on any child window, the child will receive a WM_HELP message.

(The child window should pass the message to the parent window. The parent should call the WinHelp API with the HELP_WM_HELP command.

Note: Cannot be used with WS_MAXIMIZEBOX or WS_MINIMIZEBOX styles.
WS_EX_CONTROLPARENT Immitate dialog box navigation (tab, arrow, mnemonics) between child windows.

WS_EX_NOPARENTNOTIFY Child window: don't send the WM_PARENTNOTIFY message to the parent when created or destroyed.

To achieve transparency without these restrictions, use the SetWindowRgn function.
