Starting Collaboration

Now that your computer, as well as your teammate's computer are configured, you are ready to start collaborating. First, if you have not already created a project for collaboration, one of you should create one now. The person creating the project is the project Administrator (Admin).

There a two ways to become part of a project:

• You can be invited to the project. The project Admin sends out invitations to new project members.
• You can Join the project. The new project member sends a Join request to the Admin which the Admin then approves by sending the full sync.

We will walk you through both processes starting with the Invitation. Note: This tutorial assumes both members are using a Mapi Email client for collaboration.
